In the last couple of weeks I have been doing some exercise and trying to get back into shape.

Here are the stats:

Prebaby Weight: 54kgs

Postbaby Weight: 62kgs

My goal is to get back to what I was before I had Addison. I’m going to try to do my wii fit for 30mins a day and also go for a walk with Charles when he gets home from work each day. I’ll be setting a goal to lose 1.3kgs every two weeks (which is what my wii fit recommends). So far I’m on track for my first goal. Wish me luck!!
