At 7 weeks pregnant I’m starting to think I’m very lucky! So far, so good… no morning sickness as yet. But I still have 6 weeks until the first trimester is over, however by week eleven I’m meant to start to feel much better. Having said that, everyone is different and reacts in different ways.

The baby is now 1.25 cm long which is about the size of a grape, speaking of which I have been eating quite a lot of these. I seem to be having plenty of fruit in this last week. I’m yet to have any problems with particular foods, nothing has turned me off yet. Of a morning I do feel sick but that is soon fixed by having some food.

I’ve felt quite tired recently, struggling to get out of bed until about 9.30 am. This is however one perk of not working and I feel so lucky to be in this position! Mind you I am now dreading that I have a 10.00 am appointment with the Obstetrician on Tuesday, what was I thinking when I booked that one!! Luckily Charles will be taking the morning off work to come with me to the appointment and therefore he will be able to help me get ready and make sure I have some breaky in me to make me feel better.
