You may have seen on my Lissylane website the fabric birdie mobile I made for my bedroom last year, if not here is the article: http://www.lissylane.com/Blog-Articles/whats-been-keeping-me-busy.html

As you would have seen I plan to make a felt owl mobile for the babies room, but I still adore these little fabric birdies. So instead of use them in a baby mobile I’m considering arranging them on a branch to sit on the window sill and hang a couple above.

My Little Fabric Birdies

My Little Fabric Birdies

Using some of the left over fabric from the baby quilt cover, these are the birdies I have made so far. I may end up making a couple more however my main concern is finding a suitable branch to do the arrangement how I have imagined. The PDF pattern to make these little birdies is free to download and can be found by following the above link to my Lissylane website. I shall keep you updated on this project and be sure to show you photos of the finished arrangement of these cute birds.
