We finished our monster finger puppets and Addi just loves them! I’m pretty happy with how they turned out too.
They were really simple to make. All you need to do is cut out a piece of rectangle felt in the colour of your choice, sew the long seam, Add the feathers to the top poking them inside while the felt monster is inside-out to sew them in place. Turn it the right way out and the feathers will pop out the top of the little monsters head. Then it is just a matter of gluing the googly eyes onto the monsters.
We also did a couple with pipe cleaner and pom pom antennae, you just sew the pipe cleaner in at the same time as the feathers. Then glue the pom poms to the pipe cleaners once it is right way out.
