Despite the day not being about showering me with gifts…that is exactly what happened. I received some beautiful baby shower gifts for Squiggle, he is one lucky baby!! It must have been so hard for guests as I have pretty much everything I need, being my second child. They still managed to overwhelm me and make me feel so very special.
There is just one gift missing, unfortunately Gran’s gift for me didn’t arrive in time (don’t we all know what that is like when you order something online, specifically for a special occasion!). I think it just makes the anticipation even greater, waiting that little longer to see what it is!

Some of the items include a hand made baby blanket from Timiney (simply gorgeous), the most adorable little outfits from Eleni and Cassy, a sweet duckie photo frame and hippo slippers from Sandi, an ID bracelet and baby’s first year photo frame from Nanny. Plus of course there were plenty of great items to use every day such as singlets, baby wipes, nappy wet bag and a very handy Bumbo. I was also lucky as it wasn’t all for Squiggle…Cassy the gem gave me some vouchers for pampering, just what I need!
