My Fuzzie little monster had to go to the vet today… let’s just say it is never a pleasant drive to get her there. After scratching me a few times and getting covered in fur, we made it to our destination safe and sound. As soon as we got there we noticed some other patients in the waiting room that Fuzzie might not be so keen to see – two very large dogs! So we waited outside with her until it was her appointment.
It sure was an ordeal for her with two needles and a nail clipping (at least this ensured my protection for the drive home!) but I’m sure she will be all the better for having gone for her check-up. It may have not been the most pleasant day for her but she sure did find a great way to make up for it…
The rest of the day was spent going from one location to the next! We would get home, be there for 15mins (if that) then go out again… we were on a mission!!
Well I may have mentioned it months ago but I had discussed with Charles about having music in Addi’s bedroom, which meant getting some sort of speakers etc hooked up in there for him. So I gave this job to Charles as he is a massive audio enthusiast and thought this was right up his alley. After hearing nothing else but talk about speakers and amps for the last few months, he finally found an amp today that would not only give us the music that we wanted for our little boy but also for our bedroom.
Here I was thinking “yep, we will just get something basic so I can play him some music and lullabies in his bedroom, should be easy”… was I wrong!! Charles wanted nothing but the best for his boy and so the search began and continued until today! We were discussing speakers and amps with sales staff that would have been suitable for most people’s home theater! just to tell them it was for our baby’s bedroom.
Long story short, he spent the rest of the day installing the new audio gear and we now have music in Addi’s room!!
