Today was Addison’s Poppy’s (my dad’s) 50th Birthday!
We spent the day as a family, first going to Mt Tambourine for some lunch, followed by a pleasant drive around the gold coast and then back home.
We went to Outback Jacks for some dinner and had some strange tasting lemon, lime and bitters (mine we had remade as I swear it tasted like it was just soda water). We then came back home to chat and play Tiger Woods golf on the Wii.
I’m happy to say that dad (poppy) won the round of Wii golf we played, only fitting that he win on his birthday. He did do very well getting a couple double eagles. We all played a very even game, with my putting letting me down (I was winning up until I got ripped off with some of my putts!).
It was a lovely day and here is a happy snap of mummy and daddy to be, with of course Addi in my belly at 26 1/2 weeks pregnant celebrating this wonderful milestone.
