Today I am 22 weeks pregnant and I think I’m at that stage in the pregnancy where I’m more excited to be counting down than up! To think that in 18 weeks I will get to meet my little boy is just an amazing and thrilling idea.
I can’t believe that we are nearly already half way through the year and in July! I guess the year does go fast when every moment of my life is consumed by this special little person growing inside me. Pretty much the entire year was about having Addison as we started trying a few months before we were lucky enough to conceive.
I have noticed a significant increase in size and weight gain, by this stage of the pregnancy it is said that each week a woman will gain 225 grams. Appetite is also increasing, which I have felt needing more food than I would normally have to not feel hungry.
By this stage of the pregnancy Addison will be looking like a mini version of a newborn with very distinct features. He sure is an actively little baby and I feel him move and kick everyday, I love it!
