Today I am 35 weeks into my pregnancy and am bursting with excitement as the day of meeting my son grows closer and closer! With only 5 weeks or so to go this is probably one of the most important times of my life!
Soon everything will change, I feel ready for it but you just never know until you have to experience it first hand what parenthood is really going to be like. Charles and I are over the moon to become parents but life is about to get turned upside down. This little person is soon to be our number one priority. No matter how much I read and feel that I’m prepared for this big job of mum I think it is going to be very much like getting thrown in the deep end and hoping that I swim and don’t sink.
I may have all the room ready and everything to take care of him when he arrives but all I can hope for is that together with each others love and support I can be the best mum for my son. Addison deserves nothing but the best from me and all the love I can give him. He is no doubt going to be one of the best things I have ever created. I made a person! that’s pretty impressive if you ask me :).
